Free plan

Everyday health, made easier to act on.

One private place to ask, verify, and organise the health questions that come up every day.

  • No card required
  • 3 documents + 5 images weekly
  • Private by default

All current plans provide consumer health-intelligence features. They do not include diagnosis, prescribing, emergency response, or continuous clinical monitoring.

What Free handles.

A complete starting workspace for everyday decisions: cited answers, a bounded evidence window, and room for your first files.

Ask and verify

15 daily messages with cited live research and up to 4 tools working in parallel.

Review your first files

3 documents and 5 images each week. Review up to 3 files in one message with balanced image understanding.

Keep the question in context

128k active context and up to 128 reasoning passes keep an everyday question coherent.

Use the workflow that fits

2 min voice input, 2 queued follow-ups, Projects, and Health Canvas.

The tools behind the answer.

Every tier starts from the same private, cited health workspace. The plan changes the amount of room available inside it.

  • Everyday health reasoning
  • 15 messages per day
  • Essential health context
  • Up to 128 reasoning passes
  • Core parallel tools
  • Weekly file imports
  • Files up to 10 MB
  • 1 GB synchronized files
  • Standard documents and balanced vision
  • Live research with citations
  • Voice and queued follow-ups

Bring the evidence with you.

Documents, data, and images share one encrypted evidence boundary. Your plan determines the review depth and working capacity.

Documents and data

  • PDF
  • DOC / DOCX
  • ODT / RTF
  • PPT / PPTX
  • ODP
  • XLS / XLSX / XLSM
  • ODS
  • CSV / TSV
  • JSON / FHIR / GeoJSON
  • EPUB
  • HTML
  • Text
  • Code
  • GPX / TCX
  • VCF

Modern documents, structured health data, books, code, and activity exports are analysis-ready.

Images

  • JPG
  • PNG
  • WebP
  • AVIF
  • GIF
  • SVG
  • HEIC / HEIF
  • TIFF

Upload and preview modern image formats; visual analysis follows the selected plan's vision level.

Preview support

  • Local · ODT / RTF / ODP
  • Preview · Audio / video
  • Unsupported · Keynote

The interface distinguishes local extraction, isolated conversion, preview-only media, and unsupported files before analysis.

Capacity changes. Standards do not.

Private

Health context stays browser-local by default. Synchronized files are encrypted on a trusted browser before upload.

Transparent

Citations stay linked to the sources behind an answer, so the evidence remains inspectable.

Bounded

Context, tools, files, and research depth are enforced at explicit runtime boundaries.

Free questions, answered.

When do Free file allowances reset?

The 3-document, 5-image, and 8 selected-region visual-inspection allowances reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC. The interface identifies the reached allowance and offers the paid plans when more room is needed.

What can I attach?

This plan accepts up to 3 files with one message, with a 10 MiB upload ceiling for each file. Format-specific analysis limits can be lower and are enforced before processing. Supported analysis includes modern PDFs, Office documents, spreadsheets, structured data, text, code, EPUB, health-data formats, and common images.

How much reasoning happens in one answer?

HealthOS can admit up to 128 bounded reasoning and tool passes for one answer, with as many as 4 independent tools running together. These are ceilings, not a promise that every answer will consume every pass: HealthOS can finish earlier when the evidence is sufficient, and safety or account-admission checks can stop work before the ceiling.

How do file and image allowances work together?

3 documents and 5 images each week. A single message can contain up to 3 files, and each accepted upload must stay within its file and format limits. balanced image understanding follows the same plan envelope; previews do not imply that every format is analysis-ready. The interface identifies the boundary that was reached instead of silently dropping an attachment.

What happens when I reach a limit?

A plan limit is an admission boundary, not a reason to lose completed work. HealthOS identifies the relevant message, monthly usage, queue, file, reasoning, or account limit before additional work is admitted. Depending on the boundary, you can wait for a reset, reduce the request, remove an attachment, or move to a plan with more room.

How are health context and files protected?

Health context remains browser-local by default. This plan includes 1 GB of synchronized-file storage per member. A trusted browser encrypts those files before upload; the storage provider receives ciphertext, while operational records omit raw prompt, answer, and file content.

Can I change plans without rebuilding my workspace?

Changing plans changes the synchronized-file capacity the server can admit; it does not transfer ownership or delete files merely because usage is above a new limit. Existing files remain readable, exportable, and deletable, while new uploads pause until usage fits the current allowance. Paid access changes only after the billing event is confirmed.
