Supported files

Documents and data
PDF, DOC/DOCX/ODT/RTF, PPT/PPTX/ODP, XLS/XLSX/XLSM/ODS, CSV/TSV, JSON/FHIR/GeoJSON, EPUB, HTML, text, code, GPX, TCX, and VCF.
Images
JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, SVG, HEIC/HEIF, and TIFF can be uploaded; visual analysis follows the plan's vision level.
Preview support
ODT, RTF, and ODP use local structural extraction. Audio and video are preview-only in Files. Keynote is unsupported.

Every plan includes cited live research, Projects, Health Canvas, spoken answers, private browser-local health context, and a per-member synchronized-file vault.

We keep the promise.

Private

Health context stays browser-local by default. Synchronized files are encrypted on a trusted browser before upload.

Transparent

Citations stay linked to the sources behind an answer, so the evidence remains inspectable.

Bounded

Context, tools, files, and research depth are enforced at explicit runtime boundaries.

Questions? Answers.

How should I choose between Free, Plus, and Pro?

Choose Free when you are beginning with everyday questions, a bounded first evidence set, and weekly file allowances. Choose Plus when one person needs longer investigations, more active context, more parallel tools, and ongoing document work without a fixed weekly import count. Choose Pro when the work regularly involves the largest evidence sets, maximum-depth reasoning, accurate extraction, frontier visual analysis, or a plan shared by five people.

Are paid plans unlimited?

Free includes 15 messages each day, 3 document imports, 5 image imports, and 8 selected-region visual inspections each week, with up to 3 files in one message. Plus and Pro remove the fixed daily message and weekly import or visual-inspection counts while keeping their per-message, file-size, safety, spend, and admission limits.

What is included in every plan?

Every plan includes cited live research, Projects, Health Canvas, spoken answers, browser-local health context by default, a per-member synchronized-file vault encrypted by trusted browsers, and access to the same support intake channel. The plan changes storage capacity and the admitted context, reasoning, tools, queue, voice, file, vision, and people limits—not the baseline privacy promise.

Which files can I bring into HealthOS?

Analysis-ready formats include PDF, DOCX, ODT, RTF, PPTX, ODP, XLSX, XLSM, ODS, CSV, TSV, JSON, FHIR, GeoJSON, EPUB, HTML, text, code, GPX, TCX, VCF, and common image formats. The general upload ceiling is 10 MiB per file, while registry-owned analysis limits can be lower by format and are enforced before processing. Audio and video can be previewed in Files but are not sent to the document-evidence model lane. Keynote remains preview- and analysis-unsupported.

How do weekly file allowances work?

Free includes 3 document imports, 5 image imports, and 8 selected-region visual-inspection attempts in each Monday-to-Monday UTC week. Plus and Pro have no fixed weekly import count: file and visual work draws from their included monthly compute allowance. Per-message file counts, file-size limits, per-attachment-per-turn region ceilings, safety checks, and account admission still apply.

Does privacy change with the plan?

Private health context remains browser-local by default on every plan. Trusted browsers encrypt synchronized files before upload, so managed storage receives ciphertext; attachments explicitly promoted for processing follow their separate authorized processing path. Model routes minimize transmitted content and request no storage where supported. Operational records retain bounded account, plan, storage, cost, limit, and support metadata—not raw prompts, answers, or attachment content.

Can every plan contact support?

Every plan can use the same 24/7 contact intake for account, privacy, policy, billing, and technical requests; the form can also include bounded diagnostics and attachments when they are useful. Intake availability is not a guaranteed resolution time, and urgent medical concerns should go to local emergency services or a qualified clinician rather than product support.

Everyday health, with room to grow.
