Questions? Answers.

When will I hear back?

Messages go directly to the support team. Response time depends on the request and current volume, but clear account context, steps, and screenshots help us resolve it with fewer follow-ups.

What makes a useful bug report?

Include what you expected, what happened, the steps that reproduce it, and roughly when it occurred. A screenshot or short recording is useful when the problem is visual.

You may also choose to include the bounded browser diagnostics from this form. They never include cookies, chat text, files, or health context.

What can I attach?

You can attach up to 12 images, PDFs, text files, CSV or JSON files, RTF documents, and supported Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files. Each file must be 5 MB or smaller.

Should I include sensitive information?

Share only what is necessary to resolve the request. Never include a password, recovery code, full payment-card number, private key, or an identity document in this form.

Can I write without an account?

Yes. The contact form is public. For account, subscription, refund, or privacy requests, use the email associated with the account so we can locate it and verify ownership when required.

Do you give out free subscriptions?

Yes—absolutely, to anyone who genuinely cannot afford a paid plan. Tell us a little about your situation and how HealthOS would help; requests are reviewed briefly to protect the program against abuse and keep it available to people who need it.

How do I report a security issue?

Choose “Security report” and provide a safe reproduction outline. Do not include live credentials, exploit another person’s account, or send data that does not belong to you.

How do I follow up?

Keep the reference shown after your message is accepted. Include it in any follow-up so the team can connect the additional context to the original request.

Can support help with an urgent health problem?

The support team can help with the product, your account, and the handling of information, but it is not an emergency or clinical response service. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified clinician instead of waiting for a form reply.
